QUIET DOWN, LOUD TOWN is my sixth children's book and was published by HMH/Clarion Books on December 8th, 2019. It was illustrated by Matt Hunt and is a funny, rhyming read-aloud about a grumpy “Mr. Elephant” who just wants some peace and quiet - that is, until he gets it. The book was named a JUNIOR LIBRARY GUILD GOLD STANDARD SELECTION in the Read Aloud Plus Category for January 2021!
